7. Prices and payment responsibilities

All prices on this site are stated in Swedish kronor and excluding statutory VAT. Invoicing is done monthly. We apply digital signature and representatives of ordering companies will be personally liable for payment if the client does not approve the order placed.

8.The service

Unless otherwise agreed, the service will be delivered until further notice. If no notice of termination is given no later than three (3) months prior to termination of the service under contract, the agreement will continue for 6 months at a time as long as the agreement is not renegotiated.

9. Controversy

In case of dispute, Swedish law applies for terms of use. Disputes in connection with the order shall primarily be settled through negotiations between the Parties. In case the parties cannot agree, the final dispute concerning this agreement shall be settled by arbitration administered at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute (the "Institute"). The value of the dispute covers the plaintiff's claim in the summons letter and any counterclaims in the defendant's statement on the summons. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Stockholm.
